两种法兰紧固件预紧力矩确定方法的比较
摘 要：文章根据GB 150-2011、ASME PCC-1-2010等法规标准的要求，分析了影响法兰紧固件密封完整性的因素，通过算例演示了国标、美标对于预紧力矩的不同计算方法，总结了两种计算方法的适用条件及优缺点，为工业管道法兰安装过程中确定螺栓预紧力及预紧力矩提供了参考依据。

Abstract：According to GB 150-2011 and ASME PCC-1-2010, the influence factors of the flange joints sealing were analyzed; two different bolt stress calculating methods were demonstrated; the applicable scope, the advantage and disadvantage of those two different calculating methods were discussed. This article provided a reference for calculating the bolt stress during the assembly of industry piping flange joints.
