对于高职数控技术专业现代学徒制实施方案的探讨

摘 要:近年来,国家提出《中国制造2025》战略,对我国制造业未来的发展提出了新的要求,而数控加工技术又是制造业发展的主旋律,因此,社会对于广大高职院校所培养的数控技术专业人才有着更高的要求,与此同时,在人才培养的过程中要更加的符合地方制造业发展的需求,要更加的面向于智能化、自动化、一体化进行培养专业人才,为了从根本上保证人才培养的质量,这就要求我们要结合专业市场发展实际不断优化高职数控技术专业现代学徒制人才培养的实施方案。人才培养的实施方案不能是空中楼阁,而要紧贴学校、企业与学生的专业学习需要,尤其是学生将来的专业发展。本文将重点讨论高职数控技术现代学徒制的人才培养实施方案原则及某些具体问题。

Abstract:With the rapid development of China industrial technology, there are higher requirements for social training in Higher Vocational Colleges of high skilled talents in NC professional quality, and personnel training services but also to the local economic development, serve the national strategy of intelligent manufacturing industry, so as to continuously optimize the implementation plan for cultivating talents in Higher Vocational NC technology modern apprentice. The implementation plan of talent training should not be a castle in the air, but should be closely related to the needs of schools, enterprises and students, and the future development. This paper will briefly discuss the implementation scheme, principles and some specific problems of the talent training program of modern numerical control apprenticeship in Higher Vocational colleges.
