谈工业设计专业人才的创新实践能力培养
摘 要：在科技强省的背景下，对设计专业人才的要求，不仅只是理论，更要求有较强的创新实践能力和自主创业能力，这也符合整个行业的发展。本文从行业人才需求现状入手，讨论了人才供需平台、校企合作与订单培养和莫子山实训基地合作模式等问题，提出了如何提高工业设计专业人才综合能力培养的解决办法，以期为工业设计行业和沈阳地区的经济建设尽一份微薄之力！
