基于服务设计策略的步伐矫正台开发设计

摘 要:对服务设计思维下的方法、工具创新进行分析并整合于产品设计思维中;将服务设计思维下的用户体验的触点、痛点分析、用户行为地图、服务蓝图应用于步伐矫正台的开发设计过程中,寻找潜在的可以被开发的创新服务方向,有效提升产品创新设计;产品设计需要经历从产品到服务理念的转变,实现基于共享经济与数字化时代的创新设计,将服务设计融入到产品设计的过程中,得出为用户带来“幸福感”的产品创新设计。

Abstract:The method and tool innovation of service design thinking are analyzed and integrated into product design thinking. The service design thinking under the contact of the user experience, pain points analysis, user behavior of map, the service blueprint is applied to the pace of orthodontic development design process, to find potential can be developed innovative service direction, effectively improve product innovation design.Product design need to experience the shift from products to service concept, based on Shared economy innovation design, and digital age will service design into the process of product design, it is concluded that for the user to bring product innovation design of "happiness".
