基于闽台交流背景下普通高校应用型转变的探讨
摘 要：台湾高校对于应用型人才培养，在教育教学理念、模式、方法上有其独到之处，强调学以致用，培养学生核心能力，为社会培养实务人才。大陆应用型大学教育以新建本科院校为主体，对于如何进行应用型转变尚处于探索阶段，借鉴台湾高校应用型教育经验，在应用型转变过程中应当注重教学质量持续改善，提升教师教学能力、转变教育理念与方法、合理设置课程，培养学生核心能力、多元化教师职称评定，提高人才培养质量。

Abstract：Taiwan's cultivation for applied talents in colleges and universities in education has its unique teaching concepts, models, methods, emphasizing practice, cultivating core ability and cultivate practical talents for society. City, application-oriented University education in newly-built undergraduate colleges and universities as the main body, how to change is still in the exploratory stage, drawing on experience in application-oriented education in colleges and universities in Taiwan, in the application process should focus on continuous improvement of teaching quality to improve teachers ' teaching ability and reasonable transformation of educational concepts and methods, curriculum, training student core competencies, Diversified professional titles evaluation of teachers, improve the quality of personnel training.
