关于邻里交往的设计研究思考

摘 要:随着社会的发展,经济和科技的快速进步,人们的居住形式和生活习惯随之也发生了改变,居住区中原有的邻里守望的风气也变的不一样,交流空间和共享空间变少,人与人之间的交流变少,导致人与人之间的关系变得淡漠,随之而来的是一连串的社会问题。居住空间应该是以人为主要,一切的设计和政策的实施都应以人的需要为主导。但是,现代社会中存在的大多数的居住区的设计,都是由设计师在图纸上完成的。设计师对于他要设计的这块区域可能一点都不了解,对要入住到他设计的居住区中的人也不了解。他设计的这块居住区和另一块居住区没有区别。而居住区的使用者就不同了,居住者是居住区的使用者,没有人能够比他们了解使用者想要的是什么。但是,这些自主改造行为却是不被允许的。

  现在经常会看到很多小区的空间被人们改造并利用,人们看到了这些自主改造行为的发生,但是却没有得到正视,而更多的是带来批评。我希望能够通过对这些现象找出人们想要的共享空间,指出现代小区存在的不足。设计出能为人们带来交流互动的空间。

Abstract:Abstract: with the development of the society, economy and the rapid progress of science and technology, people's living form and the habits have also changed, the original neighborhood watch in residential area of the atmosphere is different, communication space and the Shared space less, less communication between people, lead to the relationship of the people become indifferent, followed by a series of social problems.Should human is the main living space, all of the design and the implementation of policy should be dominated by the need of the people.Existing in the modern society, however, most of the design of the residential area, is done by the designer on the drawings.Designer for him to design this area may know nothing, to check in to the people in his design of the residential area also don't understand.He design of the residential area and the other a residential area.And the residential area of the user is different, habitant is residential users, no one can than they know what the users want is.However, these independent transformation behavior is not allowed.

Now often see a lot of village space transformation and use by people, people to see the independent behavior, but not recognized, more criticism.I want to be able to pass on these phenomenon, find out the people want to be a Shared space, points out the deficiency existing in modern community.Design can bring people interaction space.
