工业遗产保护与再利用现状概述
摘 要：工业遗产是物质类文化遗产与非物质文化遗产的总和，具有历史价值、科技价值、经济价值、艺术和文化价值,亟待社会各界予以保护。国外的工业遗产保护和再利用已经日趋成熟，而我国理论研究和实践操作均有较长的路要走，工业遗产保护和再利用存在一些缺陷和弊端亟待克服和改善。作为工业遗产大国，我国要健全工业遗产价值评价体系，加大保护力度，创新保护模式，同时充分挖掘工业遗产的历史、文化价值，多方合作开展再利用探索。

Abstract：Industrial heritage is a combination of material cultural heritage and intangible cultural heritage. It has historical value, scientific value, economic value, cultural value and artistic value, needs to be protected by the whole community. Industrial heritage protection and reuse in foreign countries has become increasingly mature, but the theory research and practice of our country has a long way to go. Industrial heritage protection and reuse of our country has some defects and shortcomings should be overcome and improve. As a country has a great deal of industrial heritage, our country should improve the industrial heritage value evaluation system, increase the protection, innovate protection mode, and fully excavate the history value and cultural value of industrial heritage, reuse by means of multi-party cooperation.
