镍基合金涂层与钢基体间扩散层的相结构分析

摘 要:试验采用真空钎焊炉制备Ni基合金涂层,利用扫描电镜和X射线衍射仪分别对镍基合金与316、YT01、Q235A钢基体间的扩散界面反应区域进行观察分析。保温15min,316不锈钢试件和YT01纯铁试件形成明显扩散层;保温25min,3种试件均生成了明显扩散层;钢试件上扩散层主相为γ-Ni固溶体,两相界面处金属间化合物新相为FeNi3、CrB等化合物相,Q235A钢试件上除上述所含相外,还含有Cr3Ni2Si相。

Abstract:The Ni-base alloy coating is prepared in vacuum braze furnace.The diffusion joining interface between Ni-base self-fluxing alloy and 316,YT01,Q235A steel substrate is studied. A clear diffusion layer are formed on 316 stainless steel sample and YT01 pure iron sample in the condition of 15 heat preservation.The diffusion layer between coating and three kinds of steel matrix appears in 25 min preservation.The main phase of diffusion layer on steel sample is γ-Ni solid solution.The metal-intermetallic compounds phase at the interface are FeNi3,CrB and other compounds phase. The Cr3Ni2Si phase is generated on Q235A steel sample.
