基于疲劳下的某型客车车架设计和优化
摘 要:本文对某型客车车架进行了结构设计,并根据设计结果利用有限元软件构建了该车架的有限元模型,其有限元模型采用ANSYS软件中提供的板壳单元;以A级混泥土路面的位移谱密度作为输入,采用位移功率谱密度法对设计模型进行动态随机振动分析,进而根据Miner定律定量得出结构的疲劳寿命值;并根据其计算结果,进一步对车架模型进行优化,为车架的振动分析和设计提供了思路和一定的借鉴。

Abstract:In this paper, the structure design of a passenger car frame was carried out , according to the design results, the finite element model of the frame was built by using finite element software , the finite element model was based on the plate shell element provided by ANSYS software ;The displacement spectrum density of grade a concrete pavement was used as input , dynamic random vibration analysis of the design model is carried out by using displacement power spectrum density method , then, the fatigue life of the structure is quantitatively calculated according to Miner's law; according to the calculation results, the frame model is further optimized, it provides a train of thought and reference for vibration analysis and design of the frame.
