电动汽车用永磁同步电动机设计

摘 要:随着电能的广泛应用,可以通过将其有效的运用于汽车之中,进而有效改善当前石油紧缺的局面。电动汽车的出现能够有效的改善当前石油能源紧缺的问题,其中电动机是电动汽车驱动系统的核心部件,其性能对于电动汽车的整体质量具有十分重要的影响,决定着电动汽车能否进行大面积的推广应用。因此,设计出性能优良的永磁同步电动机,对于提高电动汽车的整体性能具有十分重要的现实意义。本文对电动汽车用永磁电机参数要求进行了比较深入的分析研究,在此基础上,重点论述了永磁电机的主要尺寸选择、永磁同步电机的转子磁路结构选取、永磁电机的极数选择、永磁电机的槽数选择、永磁电机的气隙长度的选择以及转子开减重孔分析等,能够提高电动汽车用永磁同步电动机的设计质量,对于从事相关工作的技术人员具有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract:With the wide application of electric energy, it can be effectively used in the automobile, and thus effectively improve the current situation of oil shortage. The emergence of electric vehicles can effectively improve the current energy shortage problem, which is a core component of the motor drive system of electric vehicle, its performance has very important influence on the overall quality of electric vehicles, electric vehicles can decide the popularization and application in large area. Therefore, the design of permanent magnet synchronous motor with excellent performance is of great practical significance for improving the overall performance of electric vehicles. The parameters of permanent magnet motor requirements were analyzed and studied on the electric car, on this basis, discussed the main dimensions of permanent magnet motor selection, selection, rotor structure of permanent magnet synchronous motor pole permanent magnet motor, permanent magnet motor slot number selection, permanent magnetic air gap length the motor rotor and the selection of weight loss hole analysis, can improve the design quality of permanent magnet synchronous motor of electric vehicle, has a certain reference for technical personnel engaged in related work.
