浅谈模块化理念在产品设计研究中的价值体现

摘 要:为更加满足人们对产品提出的多样化、个性化需求,为此在设计的过程中,立足模块化设计理论,同时结合具体的产品展开设计探讨。在研究中针对模块化设计的基本概念进行了阐释,同时也就模块化设计结构造型方法进行了研究;分析了采用模块化进行产品设计的理论优越性以及模块化产品在市场的主要竞争力;实例解剖模块化产品设计的内涵。针对模块化产生的原因进行了论述,认为是基于模块化理论观点的融入,设计出具有个性化的产品,满足人们对产品不断地高要求。在这基础上,寻找模块化设计在各个领域的应用状况,进而在现代设计里充分实现模块化理论的应用,基于模块化来实现产品的创新设计。

Abstract:In order to highly meet people's diversified and personalized requirements for products, this paper discusses the design based on modular design theory combined with specific products. The basic concepts in the research in view of modular design are explained. At the same time, this paper studies the structural modeling method of the modular design; it analyzes the theoretical superiority by using modularization theory on product design and the main competitive power of modular products in the market; This article dissects the connotation of modular product design through examples. The causes of modularization are discussed, which are considered that it is based on the integration of modularization theory, designing the personalized product to satisfy people's constantly high requirements for products. On this basis, here is to find the application status of modular design in various fields, and then fully realize the application of modularization theory in modern design, to achieve the innovative design of products based on modularization.
