面向“数字总规”的“多规合一”信息平台构建研究
摘 要：“多规合一”信息平台是近年来的规划行业的建设热点，随着2017年住房和城乡建设部新一轮总规修编的启动，国家对“多规合一”信息平台建设提出了更高要求。本文从整合、审批、评估、监督、服务五个角度对新一轮总规编制背景下“多规合一”信息平台建设内容进行了进一步梳理分析，为建设满足“数字总规”要求的“多规合一”信息平台提供建议。

Abstract：In recent years, “Multi-Plan Integration” becomes a hotspot in planning industry. With the start of the new round of general planning revision promoted by the Ministry of housing and urban rural development in 2017, the state has put forward higher requirements for the construction of "Multi-Plan" information platform. In terms of preparation, approval, supervision, evaluation, service, this paper gives a further analysis of “Multi-Plan Integration” information platform construction content under the new round of general planning revision background.
