旧工业厂房区景观设计改造研究
摘 要：当前在经济和城市化发展的推动下，使得经济结构开始由第二产业带动向第三产业转变，城市中大量的企业开始减产停工，遗留了大量的旧工业厂房。现阶段由于城市化发展带来的城市土地资源十分有限的问题，但废旧工业厂房占据城市优越的地理位置，周边基础设施较为完善，因此开展有效、合理化的改造能够使得废旧工业厂房重新焕发生机，有助于实现城市发展的有机更新。本文主要就关于旧工业厂房区的景观设计及改造的现状及方法展开初步的探索和研究。

Abstract：Currently, under the impetus of economic and urbanization, the economic structure has started to shift from the secondary industry to the tertiary industry. A large number of cities in the city have started to cut down their work and left a large number of old industrial plants. Due to the very limited urban land resources brought by the urbanization development at this stage, the waste industrial plants occupy the superior geographical position of the city and the surrounding infrastructure is relatively complete. Therefore, carrying out effective and rational transformations can rejuvenate the waste industrial plants, Contribute to the organic updating of urban development. This paper mainly explores and researches on the status and methods of landscape design and renovation of the old industrial plant area.
