变频调速异步电动机设计探究

摘 要:随着我国工业生产水平的不断提高,对工业中所使用的电机性能也提出了较高的要求,因此,要结合生产的实际要求,进行有针对性的电机设计,进而确保所设计的异步电动机能够符合实际的生产要求。普通异步电动机利用变频器进行供电时,由于无法进行有效的速度调节,这就导致其机械性能很难得以充分的发挥,进而影响到电动机的实际工作,因此,为了有效提高电动机与变频器之间的配合程度,设计出一款能够进行变频调速的异步电动机就显得非常有必要了。相较于普通工频供电的异步电动机,变频调速异步电动机在设计上具有自身的特点。本文对变频电机本体设计特点进行了比较深入的阐述,在此基础上,分析研究了变频调速系统的整体设计以及变频电机的优化设计,对于从事相关工作的技术人员具有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract:With the level of China's industrial production continued to improve, the performance of the motor used in industry are also put forward higher requirements, therefore, to the actual requirement of production, for motor design, and to ensure that the asynchronous motor is designed to meet the actual production requirements. The ordinary asynchronous motor by inverter power supply, due to the lack of effective speed adjustment, which led to its mechanical properties is difficult to fully play, and then affect the actual work, so the motor, in order to effectively improve the matching degree of motor and inverter, designed a asynchronous motor VVVF is it is very necessary. Compared with ordinary power supply asynchronous motor, variable frequency asynchronous motor has its own characteristics in the design. This paper makes a deep exposition to the design features of the motor frequency, based on the analysis of frequency control system of the overall design and optimization design of variable frequency motor, has a certain reference for technical personnel engaged in related work.
