轨道交通制造企业数字化车间构建和实践
摘 要：促成包括电力制造工艺在内的多种工艺技术快速发展的主要原因是：经济快速发展，推进社会主义现代化和城市化，消费量增加，人们更追求舒适的生活，对电能这种生活必须的能量需求增加。这就要求我国电力制造工艺能够达到高标准，以适应人们的生活需求。本文主要分析了目前我国电力铁塔制造工艺三个方面的现状：电力铁塔设计图纸、电力铁塔部位结构联接、电力铁塔的切割技术。并提出完善电力铁塔制造工艺的措施和建议。

Abstract：the main reason behind the rapid development of a variety of techniques including electric manufacturing process, is the rapid development of economy, promoting the socialist modernization and the city, increased consumption, people pursue more comfortable life, the power of this life must increase energy demand. This requires the power of China's manufacturing process can achieve high standards, to meet the needs of people's lives. This paper mainly analyzes the current situation of China's electric power tower manufacturing process in three aspects: power tower design drawings, power tower parts structure connection, power tower cutting technology. And put forward the measures and suggestions to improve the manufacturing process of the power tower.
