钻孔灌注桩“摘除法”凿桩头新技术在农溱园连接线工程中的运用
摘 要：根据钻孔灌注桩施工工艺，桩头的凿除是一道不可避免的施工工序，通常凿除桩头方法是人工风镐凿除清顶。本文针对农溱园连接线桥梁工程施工实践，阐述“摘除法”凿桩头新技术，在加工桩基钢筋笼制作时，在主筋顶端(需凿除桩头的范围)采用聚氨酯发泡剂包裹主筋，成型固态发泡剂包裹直径达主筋直径的3-5倍，在成型固态发泡剂缠绕薄膜套保护，这就实现了桩头部位钢筋与混凝土的分离，该新工艺实现桩头凿除质量可控的情况下，同时节约人工费、机械费、加快施工周期。
