煤矿深部软岩巷道综合支护技术

摘 要:矿井开采逐渐转入深部地区,深部地区巷道支护问题日益突出,在峰峰集团九龙矿进行深部地区软岩巷道支护的工程实验,采用注浆加固这一种较有效的加强支护方式。通过注浆加固使巷道围岩形成一个统一整体,加大岩体的内聚力、内摩擦角及弹性模量,提高围岩岩体强度和抗压能力。并在大采深大峒室进行全断面锚索束全注浆支护技术研究,重点对峒室底板实施了全长预应力底板锚索与注浆综合支护,取代过去使用的金属底梁和砼反拱治理底臌的传统方法,真正实现了底板锚索对底板岩层的主动支护。工程实验取得了成功,实现了深部巷道支护技术的突破。避免巷道多次返修,节约了工程费用,提高了矿井的安全性。

Abstract:Mine mining has been gradually transferred to deep areas, and the roadway support problem in the deep area has become increasingly prominent. In the Jiulong mine of Fengfeng Group, the deep soft rock roadway support engineering experiment is carried out. Grouting is used to consolidate this effective support method. Through grouting reinforcement, the surrounding rock of roadway forms a unified whole, increasing cohesion, internal friction angle and elastic modulus of rock mass, and improving strength and compressive capacity of surrounding rock mass. And in the deep mining chamber of full section grouting anchor beam supporting technology, focusing on the implementation of the prestressed slab anchor length and grouting combined support on the chamber floor, replaced the use of metal bottom beam and concrete arch traditional method for treatment of floor heave, realize the floor anchor on the floor strata active support. The success of the engineering experiment has been achieved, and the breakthrough of the supporting technology in the deep roadway is realized. It avoids the rework of the roadway many times, saves the cost of the project and improves the safety of the mine.
