浅析低噪声异步电动机设计要点
摘 要：噪声是异步电动机性能高低的一个重要判别指标，尤其是对环境噪声要求高的场所，更要注重噪声的大小。在异步电动机的实际运行过程中，噪声主要是由电磁、机械以及通风等因素共同决定的，其中电磁和通风条件是噪声产生的主要原因，对噪声的大小具有决定性的作用。为了降低异步电动机噪声对周围环境所造成的不良影响，就要对异步电动机噪声产生的原因进行深入的分析研究，查明噪声的原因，并采取有针对性的降噪措施，进而降低异步电动机在运行过程中的噪声，减少噪声污染，为用户提供安静的工作环境。本文对异步电动机噪声产生的原因进行了比较深入的分析研究，在此基础上，提出了具有一定针对性的减少异步电动机噪声的设计方法，进而能够有效的降低异步电动机在运行过程中的噪声，对于从事相关设计工作的技术人员具有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract：Noise is an important criterion of the performance of asynchronous motor, especially in the place where the environmental noise is high. In the actual operation process of asynchronous motor, the noise is mainly determined by the electromagnetic, mechanical ventilation and other factors, including electromagnetic and ventilation condition is the main cause of the noise, has a decisive effect on the magnitude of noise. In order to reduce the adverse effects caused by the asynchronous motor noise to the surrounding environment, the reason is to produce the asynchronous motor noise in-depth analysis and research, find out the noise reasons, and take corresponding measures of noise reduction, thereby reducing the noise of asynchronous motor in the operation process, reduce noise pollution, quiet working environment user. The formation reasons of asynchronous motor noise is analyzed and discussed deeply, on this basis, put forward a design method for reducing noise of asynchronous motor, which can effectively reduce the noise of asynchronous motor in the operation process, has a certain reference for technical personnel engaged in related design work.
