药房用中药定量分装机设计
摘 要：中药定量分装机，属于药品分装机械领域。文章探讨了药房用中药自动分装机的主体结构设计、相关机构的选型。药房用中药自动分装机主体包括取料系统、输送系统、控制系统、称重及分装系统。可以实现中药抓取的取药、输送、称重、分装的自动控制及便捷化操作。该设计可保证袋装中药质量，提高药房中药分装的工作效率，同时符合相关药品卫生标准。

Abstract：the traditional Chinese medicine quantitative packing machine belongs to the field of drug dispensing machinery. This paper discusses the design of the main structure of Chinese medicine automatic packer for pharmacy and the selection of relevant institutions. The main body of Chinese medicine automatic packing machine used in pharmacy includes material fetching system, conveying system, control system, weighing and packing system. The automatic control and convenient operation of medicine fetching, conveying, weighing and packing can be realized. The design can ensure the quality of bagged Chinese medicine, improve the efficiency of the traditional Chinese medicine packaging, and meet the relevant standards of drug hygiene.
