某无人直升机惯性导航仪异常信号的故障定位与处理

摘 要:针对某无人直升机惯性导航仪监测到3.175Hz频点出现3.699g的超常振动值,基于振动理论分析和振动测试,定位该振动较大值是惯性导航仪安装板的结构频率接近发动机2倍频(103.3Hz)引起安装板共振,且飞控测试软件对惯导信号进行了欠采样,导致惯性导航仪输出的3.699g较大振动值出现在3.175Hz频点而非103.3Hz频点的伪信号;提出处理办法,并用飞行试验验证处理方法的有效性。

Abstract:for an unmanned helicopter navigation monitoring to 3.175Hz frequency appears abnormal vibration value of 3.699g, the theory of vibration analysis and vibration test based on the location of the vibration value is frequency inertial navigator mounting plate close to the engine 2 frequency (103.3Hz) caused by mounting plate resonance, and were used to test flight control software under sampling pilot signal, 3.699g signal output lead to spurious vibration and inertial navigator values appeared in the 3.175Hz frequency and non 103.3Hz frequency point; proposed approach, and effectiveness of the flight test validation processing method.
