项目管理在现代船舶建造工程中的应用
摘 要：现代船舶建造是一项系统化工程，通常情况一艘大型远洋船舶中会安装几千种电气设备，涉及上百种建造材料，针对于庞大的建设工期，为提高造船质量、降低建造成本，采用先进的项目管理模式十分重要，对此在本文中笔者将对项目管理在现代船舶建造工程中的应用提出以下建议。

Abstract：Modern shipbuilding is a systematic project. Usually, thousands of kinds of electrical equipment will be installed in a large ocean-going ship, involving hundreds of construction materials. In view of the huge construction period, in order to improve the shipbuilding quality and reduce the construction cost , The use of advanced project management model is very important, in this paper, I will project management in the modern ship construction project application made the following recommendations.
