寒地城市居住区外环境可持续设计管理探究
摘 要：寒冷的气候及环境使长期居住在寒区的居民具备了抗冰雪战严寒的能力，同时，又形成寒区居民独特的行为方式与生活环境。合理可持续的居住区外环境设计与管理的研究，目前已成为寒区环境设计中比较突出的问题，如何建立健康的外环境空间设计是根本。通过对居住区外环境的设计过程进行设计管理，趋其利避其弊，将寒地地域特色融入设计中，让寒地城市的居民在冬季也能有精彩的文化生活。本文的研究重点是对寒地居住区外环境设计可持续发展的设计管理探究。希望通过本文的分析和研究，可以为我国寒冷地区居住区外部环境的可持续设计理论研究提供一些有益的参考。

Abstract：The cold climate and environment have enabled residents living in cold areas for a long time to have the ability to fight the freezing cold and frost and cold and at the same time form the unique living environment and behavior of residents in cold areas. Reasonable and sustainable research on the design and management of the environment outside the residential area has become a rather prominent issue at present. How to establish a healthy design of the external environment is the core of this study. Through the design and management of the design process of the living environment outside the residential area, it tends to avoid its disadvantages and integrate the local characteristics of the cold area into the design so that the residents in the winter cities can enjoy wonderful cultural life. This article focuses on the design management of sustainable development of the design of the environment outside the residential area in the cold area. I hope that through the analysis and research in this article, we can provide some useful references for the sustainable design of the external environment in the cold areas in our country.
