社区无人便利店服务系统设计研究

摘 要:本文的目的是优化城市社区居民日常购物的便捷程度,通过服务设计的手段,运用服务设计的理论方法与实践工具,在社区内进行调研与观察,发现社区居民日常购物过程中的服务触点中所存在的缺陷与不变。针对这些问题,提出通过新型技术结合居民实际需求的方法,通过优化社区内的便利店购物流程与服务,提升社区居民对于社区便利店的用户粘性,降低日常购物所浪费的时间与金钱,提升购物质量,从而提升社区居民的满意度。

Abstract:The purpose of this paper is to optimize the daily shopping convenience of urban community residents. Through the service design way, using service design theory and tools to conduct research and observation in the community and find out community service contacts in the daily shopping process, Defects exist and unchanged. In view of these problems, this paper proposes a new technology combined with the actual needs of residents through the optimization of community convenience store shopping process and services to enhance community residents community convenience store user stickiness, reduce the time and money spent on everyday shopping, improve shopping Quality, thereby enhancing the satisfaction of community residents.
