浅谈东北资源型城市后续发展——以盘锦地区为例
摘 要：近50年来我国北方大多数资源型城市相继进入资源枯竭期，而东北地区资源型城市众多，如：大庆、伊春、抚顺、盘锦等。这些城市在后续发展阶段与创新探索中暴露出诸多问题。面对这一普遍现象，如何让这些城市依靠地域优势特点、文化特色，降低对自然资源的依赖性来进行产业接替，实现城市的持续发展变得极为重要[1]。文章以盘锦地区为例并对其进行分析、讨论，希望能对东北地区资源型城市如何进行可持续发展这一重要的问题上起到借鉴作用。

Abstract：Over the past 50 years, most of the resource-based cities in northern China have entered the resource exhaustion stage. However, there are many resource-based cities in Northeast China, such as Daqing, Yichun, Fushun and Panjin. These cities have exposed many problems in the following stages of development and innovation exploration. Faced with this common phenomenon, how to make these cities rely on their geographical advantages and cultural characteristics and reduce their dependence on natural resources to take the place of industry and realize the sustainable development of cities is extremely important. This article takes Panjin area as an example and analyzes and discusses it, hoping to play a reference role for the sustainable development of resource-based cities in Northeast China.
