我国工业遗产保护与再利用的模式和对策研究
摘 要：工业遗产同时包含物质类文化遗产与非物质文化遗产，具有重要的历史价值、艺术价值、社会价值、科技价值和经济价值。随着我国经济不断发展，城市化步伐不断加快，大量的工业遗产被拆除或遭到了严重的破坏。在这样的现实背景下，本文主要对我国工业遗产再利用模式进行剖析，针对我国工业遗产保护中存在的问题提出对策，以期使我国工业遗产得以真正有效的保护。

Abstract：Industrial heritage includes material cultural heritage and intangible cultural heritage, has important historical value, artistic value, social value, scientific value and economic value. With the continuous development of China's economy, the pace of the city continues to accelerate, a large number of industrial heritage has been dismantled or destroyed. In such a realistic background, this paper analyses China's industrial heritage reuse pattern, put forward countermeasures for the matter existing industrial heritage protection in our country, in order to make our country's industrial heritage can be protected effectively.
