M701F4型燃气蒸汽联合循环机组调试问题及优化措施

摘 要:机组在调试过程中出现问题,将增加调试周期,大幅提高调试成本。本文基于燃气蒸汽联合循环机组在调试过程中遇到的问题,对M701F4型燃气轮机调试期间发生的如燃机震动噪音大、天然气系统泄漏、临时滤网堵塞等问题进行了总结分类,对问题原因进行了深入剖析,并提出优化改进措施,为同类型燃气蒸汽机组的调试提供了宝贵经验。

Abstract:unit problems arise in the process of debugging, the debugging cycle will increase, a substantial increase in the cost of debugging. This paper encountered in the debugging process of gas steam combined cycle unit based on problem occurred during M701F4 type gas turbine commissioning such as turbine vibration noise, leakage of natural gas system, and summarizes the classification problem of temporary filter plug so, the causes of the problems in-depth analysis, and put forward the improvement measures, and provides valuable experience for testing the same type gas steam turbine.
