基于服务设计理论的孕妇健康管理产品研究
摘 要：随着医学与科技的发展，大家已经不仅仅关心孕妇身体健康的情况，而更多会关注孕妇自身的心理状态，孕妇的心情可能会直接影响她们自己乃至整个家庭。而孕妇产生这种负面情绪大多数情况下是来自外在的压力。比如说家庭陈旧落后的观念会导致孕妇做出一些极端的行为或者有抑郁症的倾向。孕妇健康管理不仅是一个概念，更是一套完善的、周密的服务程序，它的目的在于使孕妇及胎儿拥有一个更健康、安全的生长环境，并节约经费开支，有效降低医疗支出。

Abstract：With the development of medicine and science and technology, people have not only care for pregnant women health conditions, and more would pay attention to the psychological state of the pregnant women themselves, the mood of pregnant women may directly affect their own and the whole family.The negative emotions that pregnant women produce are mostly from external pressures. For example, the idea that a family is outdated can lead to extreme behavior or depression. Maternal health management is not only a concept, but also a set of perfect and careful service procedure, its purpose is to have a more healthy pregnant women and fetus, the growth of the security environment, and save expenditure, effectively reduce the medical expenses.
