服务设计理念的医疗产品设计研究

摘 要:服务设计是为了满足用户的需求,在用户使用过程中,进行生理和心理的沟通,服务于被服务者。服务提供者不仅满足用户的基本需求,还需满足用户个性化的需求。本文主要对医疗产品的设计融入服务设计理念进行分析研究,通过研究背景和现状分析,明确服务设计理念对于医疗产品设计的重要性。从医疗产品服务设计角度出发,站在设计者的角度,对医疗产品现状进行分析,针对出现的问题找出解决方案。将服务设计理念与医疗产品设计相结合,提高人们使用过程中的体验,减少人们对医疗产品的距离感。在医疗产品服务设计中,需注重人机工学、用户体验、信息化发展,并对其设计方法进行梳理总结,提出医疗产品服务设计的发展方向,构建医疗服务新体系,推进我国医疗领域的发展。

Abstract:service design is designed to meet the needs of users. In the process of users' use, they communicate with each other physically and psychologically and serve the service providers. The service provider not only meets the user's basic needs, but also needs to meet the personalized needs of users. This paper mainly analyzes the design of medical products into the service design concept, analyzes the background and current situation, and clarifies the importance of service design concept to medical product design. From the perspective of medical product service design, this paper analyzes the current situation of medical products from the perspective of designers, and finds out solutions to the problems that arise. Combining service design concept with medical product design to improve people's experience in the process of use and reduce people's sense of distance from medical products. In the design of medical products and services, to pay attention to the man-machine engineering, user experience and information technology development, and the design method for comb summary, put forward the development direction of medical product design services, to build a new system of medical treatment service, promoting the development of medical field in China.
