成果导向下人才培养目标及其毕业要求的构建——工业设计创新创业教育
摘 要：高校开展创新创业教育是创新型国家建设的重大战略举措，将创新创业教育与专业教育相结合，以工业设计双创人才培养为研究对象，遵照成果导向教育理念的反向设计原则，通过分析国家、用人单位和学校等多方需求，制定出相应的人才培养目标，进而构建为达成目标的毕业要求以及两者之间各指标点的对应关系，为进一步搭建有效支撑毕业要求的课程体系奠定基础。

Abstract：Carrying out innovation and entrepreneurship education in Colleges and universities is the important strategy of building an innovation oriented country, Combining innovation and entrepreneurship education with professional education，to take industry design innovation and entrepreneurial talents training as the research object,following the reverse design principles of outcome-oriented education, by analysis the needs of the state, employers and schools etc, Formulate corresponding personnel training objectives,then build graduation requirements to achieve the goal and the corresponding relationship between the index points,to lay the foundation for further building effective support requirements of graduation curriculum system.
