大学生创新创业能力培养现状及优化方案研究——以浙传动画学院为例
摘 要：就业难不等于难就业，当代大学生面临的是自身能力和社会需求错位的问题。公司缺的不是人而是人才。创新创业亦是如此，“需求”是核心词，有需求就意味着有市场，创业成功的往往是善于发现需求和满足需求的团队。对于动画专业而言，团队在项目运营和创作中的作用尤为突出。本文重点对我校动画学院大学生创新创业情况作了简要说明，探讨了如何以项目制和工作室制来增强大学生的创新创业能力，提升大学生就业质量，增加创业存活率。

Abstract：Employment difficult is not equal to difficult employment.Contemporary college students are not facing the problem of lack of jobs, but their own capacity and social needs of the conflict.Company has no lack of staff,but lack of talented people.The same is true of innovative and entrepreneurship."Demand" is the key,demand means market. Teams who are good at discovering and meeting their needs tend to start a successful business.For the animation major, the team plays a more prominent role in the project operation and creation.This article focuses on the animation college students a brief description of innovation and entrepreneurship, discussed how to use project system and studio system to enhance the innovative ability of college students, to improve their employment quality and increase the survival rate of entrepreneurship.
