基于V-M系统的直流双闭环调速装置设计

摘 要:双闭环直流调速系统在工程中应用极为广泛[1]。本装置采用V-M桥式可控整流电路作为主电路,由光电编码器检测直流电机转速构成速度反馈,霍尔电流传感器检测电枢电流构成电流反馈。使用ST公司STM32系列F407微处理器完成整个装置的控制,由微处理器产生触发脉冲信号,经驱动电路进行调速,大大降低了生产成本。实验证明,该装置能稳定运行传统双闭环PI算法,可驱动较大功率的电机。

Abstract:Double closed loop DC speed regulating system is widely used in engineering. The device adopts the V-M controlled bridge rectifier circuit as the main circuit, the photoelectric encoder detects the speed of the DC motor, constitutes the speed feedback, and the Holzer current sensor detects the armature current to form the current feedback. The use of the largest amount of ST company STM32 series F407 microprocessor to complete the entire device control, the trigger pulse generated by the microprocessor signal, the drive circuit for speed regulation, greatly reducing production costs. The experiment proves that the device can stably run the traditional double closed loop PI algorithm, and can drive larger power motors.
