复合母排折弯模具的改进设计分析
摘 要：在复合母排产品折弯成型过程中，影响工件成型的因素非常多，而模具的配置是关键。现有的折弯模具已经不能完全满足各类折弯件的折弯需求，且模具配置越来越多。本文通过对现有折弯模具的分析，提出了一种对现有折弯模具的改进设计方法，对折弯机开口可调下模的设计与选型进行了初步的理论分析。

Abstract：In the process of the busbar bending, there are some factors that affected parts molding,the configuration of the die is the key. Existing bending die can not fully meet the various needs of the bending structure. And there are more and more die configuration. Based on the analysis of existing bending die,proposed a method to improved design of the die, carried on the preliminary analysis for design and selection of adjustable opening die of the bending machine.
