微波滤波器自动调试装备研制

摘 要:目前普遍采用人工调节调试螺杆实现微波滤波器的谐振频率调节,存在产品一致性差、生产效率低、人力成本高等不足。为了提高产业生产能力,降低生产成本,提出了微波滤波器自动化调谐工艺,经过研究,制造出了适应多种不同规格调试螺杆和盖板的微波滤波器自动调谐装备。装备通过使用直角坐标的移动夹具,实现自动上下料、自动组装、自动调谐等功能于一体,并且通用性好。通过使用工控机和液晶显示器作为人机交互装置,以固高运动控制卡为控制系统核心,最大化地满足高阶复杂的控制要求。所设计的微波滤波器自动调谐装备在实际运用中表现高效稳定,调谐效果好,具有良好的市场前景,为调谐自动化奠定了基拙。

Abstract:at present, manual adjustment debugging screw is used to realize the resonance frequency adjustment of microwave filter. There are some problems such as low consistency of products, low production efficiency and high manpower cost. In order to improve the industrial production capacity, reducing production cost, the microwave filter automatic tuning process, after the study, made to adapt to the automatic tuning of microwave filters of different specifications and equipment debugging screw cover. The equipment can realize automatic feeding and unloading, automatic assembly, automatic tuning and other functions through the use of rectangular coordinates of mobile fixture, and the versatility is good. By using industrial computer and LCD as human-computer interaction device, the fixed high motion control card is the core of the control system, which can satisfy the high order and complex control requirements. The design of the microwave filter automatic tuning equipment in the actual application of high efficiency, stability, tuning effect, and has a good market prospect, and laid the foundation for the tuning automation.
