从儿童需求角度看浙江省公共设施产品服务设计现状
摘 要：公共领域中儿童服务设施规模和质量的供给不足，这与“儿童友好型城市”建设的提出大相径庭。本文从儿童需求角度，运用文献资料、用户跟踪观察法等方法，对浙江省公共基础设施、公共交通设施、公共游乐设施、公共文化设施四个方面现状进行整理和分析。也作为项目前期调研成果，为后续儿童服务的公共设施设计发展提供依据。

Abstract：the supply of children's service facilities in the public field is not enough, which is quite different from the construction of "Children Friendly Cities". From the perspective of children's needs, this paper collated and analyzed the four aspects of public infrastructure, public transport facilities, public amusement facilities and public cultural facilities in Zhejiang province by means of literature and user tracking observation. As a preliminary research result of the project, it provides the basis for the design and development of the public facilities for the follow-up children.
