分段式塑料热裂解装置及其支承设计

摘 要:文章针对目前塑料连续热裂解装置存在的一些问题,提出了一种分段式废旧塑料热裂解装置,采用空心螺旋轴并分段进行热裂解,并对其进行分析和相应的支承部分设计。这种结构的热裂解装置具有生产率高、塑料受热均匀、对零件材料高温下的强度要求降低等优点,为高效的连续热裂解装置的设计提供参考。

Abstract:In view of the problems existing in the continuous pyrolysis device of plastics, a sectional plastic pyrolysis cracking device is proposed. The hollow spiral pitch is segmented for pyrolysis cracking, and its supporting part is designed. The pyrolysis cracking device of this structure has the advantages of high productivity, uniform plastic heating, and lower the strength requirement for component materials under high temperature. It provides a reference for the design of efficient continuous pyrolysis device.
