旧厂房更新转化为青年旅舍再利用——以柳柴旧厂房改造方案为例
摘 要：柳州是工业城市，由于经济的发展出现了大量工业建筑遗存，同时柳州经济飞快发展，旅游业及其相关产业迅速扩张，并带动了人们对旅游住宿产业的需求。青年人群已成为旅游消费的主要群体，这一转变催生了我国青年旅舍的快速发展。本文以柳州旧厂房改造适宜性再利用的青年旅舍为研究对象，探讨旧厂房改造的再利用与青年旅舍建造的可行性与适宜性。青年旅舍鼓励人们关注历史文化，住客可以通过在旧厂房中的切身体验，更加深入地了解地域文化，体会旅行的意义和价值，延续和传递地方的文化特色。

Abstract：Liuzhou is an industrial city, due to the development of the economy emerged a large number of industrial building heritages, liuzhou economic rapid development at the same time, the tourism industry and its related industries expand rapidly, and lead the people to the demand for tourism hotel industry. Young people have become the main groups of tourism consumption, the shift has given rise to the rapid development of China's youth hostel. Taking liuzhou old factory building reconstruction suitability to reuse the youth hostel as the research object, explore the reuse of old factory buildings built by the youth hostel and feasibility and suitability. Youth hostels encourage people to pay attention to the historical and cultural. Guests can experience in old factory. More in-depth understanding of the regional culture. A sense of meaning and value to travel. And pass on the local cultural characteristics.
