基于儿童友好型城市的公共设施创新服务系统设计研究
摘 要：围绕“儿童友好城市”理念，分析公共设施服务创新的原则，通过访谈、观察和心理诱导的方法，结合国内外实践案例，从补足基础设施服务、微改造街区环境、增添游乐设施、创造文化设施体验四个方面进行服务系统分析。为进一步助力我省“儿童友好城市”全面建设与公共设施产品服务体系设计应用实践提供理论参考。

Abstract：Focusing on the concept of “child-friendly cities”, the principle of service innovation in public facilities was analyzed. Through interviews, observations, and psychological guidance methods, domestic and foreign practice cases were combined to supplement infrastructure services, micro-renovate neighborhood environment, add recreational facilities, and create cultural facilities. Experience four aspects of service system analysis. To further assist our province's "child-friendly city" comprehensive construction and service design and application of public facilities products provide theoretical reference.
