地铁售票终端触控界面可用性分析

摘 要:通过对地铁自动售票机人机交互现状的调研分析,以设计可用性设计原则为依据,找出目前地铁自动售票机界面设计的不足之处。从用户满意度和操作效率出发,分析用户行为特征、认知特征和对功能的需求,探索减少乘客排斥的产品,拉近人与机器的距离。

Abstract:This paper aims to find out the shortcomings of the current self-service subway ticket machine interface design with the basis of design usability principle through the investigation and analysis on the human-machine interaction’s present situation of the self-service subway ticket machine. It explores for ways to reduce passenger rejection on the product and narrow down the distance between the human and the machine from the perspective of user satisfaction and operational efficiency, and analysis of user behavior characteristics, cognitive characteristics and functional requirements.
