基于五感的当代城市生活人群饮食调节研究

摘 要:文章将研究锁定为当代城市青年的餐厨饮食问题。通过文献解读与分析法,梳理五感与情绪之间的相关性,研究适合当代城市生活人群的饮食体验方式。一方面通过社区餐厨生活的方式,引导城市青年群体融入社区,通过多维度体验社区餐厨活动的方式缓解城市压力;另一方面通过将城乡资源进行整合,让城市人群体验全方位的自然生活,调节城市生活所带来的压力,也能释放农场资源。

Abstract:The article will study on the food of the young people in the city. Through the way of literature interpretation and analysis, to find the dietary experience suitable for the people of contemporary urban life.On the one hand, community kitchen will guide youth groups integrate into community life, the multi-dimensional community kitchen experience relieve urban pressure;on the other hand,integrate urban and rural resources, allowing urban people to experience the full range of natural life, adjust the pressure brought by urban life, then can also release farm resources.
