腹腔镜手术器械手柄改良设计
摘 要：腹腔镜微创外科手术技术逐渐成熟，正在逐步取代很多开放式手术操作。腹腔镜手术器械是完成腹腔镜手术的关键器械，本文研究的腹腔镜手术器械手柄，在使用过程中易对使用者手部造成不适。长时间、高频次的使用，会导致医生手部疼痛、麻木，容易引起手部疲劳，形成累积性伤害。为了解决这一系列问题，本文结合人体工程学原理和临床测试等方法，对现有的腹腔镜手术器械手柄提出了改良和创新设计方案，从而将增加手柄操作的便捷度和舒适度。经过改良后的手柄除具有现有手柄的全部功能外，应更符合人手操作习惯。

Abstract：Laparoscopic minimally invasive surgical techniques have gradually matured and are gradually replacing many open surgical operations. Laparoscopic surgical instruments are the key instruments for performing laparoscopic surgery. The laparoscopic surgical instrument handles studied in this article are easy to cause discomfort to the user's hands during use. The use of a long time and high frequency can cause pain and numbness in the hands of the doctor, which can easily lead to hand fatigue and cumulative injuries. In order to solve this series of problems, this article combines ergonomic principles and clinical tests to propose an improved and innovative design solution for the existing laparoscopic surgical instrument handles, which will increase the convenience and comfort of the handle operation. After the improved handle has all the functions of the existing handle, it should be more in line with the manual operation habits.
