产品与服务设计中的体验要素研究
摘 要：在产品或服务的设计前期，体验要素研究是用户体验研究的一个重要环节。通过调研特定场景下相关人群的共性需求，提炼多个具有针对性的体验属性，归纳出完整的体验要素。体验要素可作为后续设计的决策参考，同时也可辅助相关人群对产品或服务的选择进行评估。阿尔茨海默病患者需要长期的护理，现有护理情况复杂而低效。本文将围绕该疾病的家庭护理场景进行体验要素研究，为该领域的相关设计提供一个有效的评估工具。

Abstract：In the early stage of product or service design, experience elements research is an important part of user experience research. By investigating the common needs of relevant people in a specific scenario, several targeted experience attributes are refined, and a complete experience element is summarized. The experience elements can be used as a reference for subsequent design decisions, and it can also assist the relevant people to evaluate the choice of products or services. Alzheimer's patients need long-term care，but the current care situation is complex and inefficient. This article will focus on experience elements of the home care scenario for the disease and provide an effective assessment tool for relevant design in this area.
