基于组态王的混合机监控系统的设计与应用
摘 要：介绍了组态王软件开发的混合机远程监控系统。该监控系统以组态王为上位机平台，以PLC、智能仪表等外设为下位机，采用串口通信结构搭建了数据交换网络。组态灵活、画面生动的特点，使组态王可实现生产过程的精准化和可视化。该系统经试生产后，取得了理想的实验效果。

Abstract：This paper presents the monitor system of mixer developed by KingView. KingView software as the host computer platform, with PLC, intelligent instrument and other peripherals as the slave machine, and the serial communication structure are used to set up the data exchange network for the monitor system. The characteristics of flexible configuration and vivid images enable KingView to realize the precision and visualization of the production process. After the pilot production, the system obtained the ideal experimental results.
