直流电动机测速装置的设计

摘 要:装置采用STM32F103ZET6单片机为核心控制,主要是应用电动机串接采样电阻和由TLC27L4制成的传感器测量直流有刷电动机转速的装置,通过电路处理成脉冲信号,再传送给单片机系统进行技术运算,并将测量的转速结果显示在LCD上。整个装置精度高、稳定可靠,可以有效的对电机正常运行的速度进行采集,占用空间小,使用方便,满足电机的测速要求。

Abstract:using STM32F103ZET6 microcontroller as the core control device, is mainly used on motor is connected with the sampling resistor and sensor made of TLC27L4 DC brushless motor speed device, the circuit into a pulse signal, and then transmitted to the SCM system for technical operations, and will measure the speed of the results in the LCD. The whole device has high accuracy, stability and reliability. It can effectively collect the speed of motor's normal operation, occupy less space and is convenient to use, so as to meet the requirement of motor speed measurement.
