高锰钢切削加工工艺性能的分析
摘 要：本文论述了高锰钢材料的特性，列举了高锰钢零件切削加工工艺性能及切削加工加工过程中经常出现的不良现象，分析了出现切削问题的原因，并以高锰钢材料的车削加工为例指出了提高切削加工工艺性能的刀具参数、切削用量和辅助切削的特殊方法，为提高高锰钢材料的切削效率提供参考。

Abstract：This paper discusses the characteristics of high manganese steel materials, the adverse phenomenon enumerates part machining process and properties of high manganese steel cutting process, analyzes the reason of cutting problem, and the turning of high manganese steel materials were pointed out the method to improve the tool parameters and cutting process of cutting performance the amount and cutting, to provide reference for improving the cutting efficiency of high manganese steel materials.
