75t/h循环流化床锅炉点火启动和低负荷运行的探讨

摘 要:本文首先从点火前准备工作、点火启动与燃烧升温两个角度入手,分析了75t/h循环流化床锅炉的点火启动方式;其后,围绕温度调节、底料层厚度调节与运行负荷的关系,研究了75t/h循环流化床锅炉低负荷运行的调整策略。旨在通过本文的研究,总结出75t/h循环流化床锅炉的运行调整经验和注意事项,为日后相关人员在锅炉启动和维护工作中的安全性、稳定性做出有力文本支持。

Abstract:starting from two angles of pre ignition preparation, ignition start and combustion heating, this paper analyzes the ignition starting mode of 75t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler, and then studies the 75t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler around temperature regulation, bottom layer thickness adjustment, operation load regulation and material volume regulation. The adjustment strategy of low load operation. The purpose of this paper is to summarize the experience and notice of the 75t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler operation adjustment, and make strong text support for the safety and stability of the related personnel in the start and maintenance work of the future.
