M-200液压打桩锤变径桩套的优化设计研究

摘 要:本文设计了一种用于海上钢桩/隔水套管安装的液压打桩锤变径桩套。根据涠洲12-2油田生产项目实际需求进行科技创新,通过优化设计、数值模拟,为M-200液压打桩锤提供了一种新型、简易、高效可插入式变径桩套,彻底改变了以往需更换打桩锤体才能进行不同直径隔水套管的打桩工作,实现了快速、高效的无缝衔接打桩作业和便捷式小桩套适用于大直径套管作业,不仅结构简单,安装便利,还大大提升了打桩锤的作业效率。本研究对改进和优化打桩锤海上施工效率具有指导意义。

Abstract:With pile and conductor installation, a reducing pile sleeve of M-200 hammer is designed for piling. According to WZ12-2 oil field development project, a new-style, simple and efficient reducing pile sleeve was provided by optimization design and numerical simulation, which can achieve efficiently piling and 24" to 36" conductor seamless connection, the new type pile sleeve is economic and high efficient, which structure is simple and easy to be installed. This study has important instruction significance for improving and optimizing efficiency of hammer.
