优化公交用户等车体验的设计研究
摘 要：公交出行是城镇居民的主要出行方式之一，随着城市人口的不断增加，交通压力逐渐加大，等车问题不可避免且日趋严重。本文主要从用户的等待行为视角出发，探析造成等待的因素、等待的影响，等待的具体行为，从而挖掘用户深层需求，优化用户等车体验，为城市公交服务系统的设计提供一些方向性意见。

Abstract：Bus travel is one of the main modes of travel of urban residents. With the increasing population of cities, traffic pressure is gradually increasing, and the problem of waiting is inevitable and becoming more and more serious.This paper mainly from the user's waiting behavior perspective, to explore the factors that cause waiting, waiting for the impact of waiting for specific behavior, so as to tap the user's deep demand, optimize the user and other car experience.To provide some directional advice on the design of urban public transport service system.
