新中式风格在餐饮空间中的运用研究——以荟萃·竹篁餐饮空间设计为例

摘 要:随着社会经济文化水平的提高,人们的审美和品味也在提高,人们到餐厅就餐时,掺杂了许多感性的成分,容易受到周边就餐环境的影响。他们要求就餐环境满足自身对餐饮环境的追求。本次新中式风格的餐厅设计以竹文化为主,将竹元素融合到传统的中式设计中再结合现代加工工艺进行表达,打造出古典雅致的餐饮空间。

Abstract:With the improvement of social, economic and cultural levels, people's aesthetics and tastes are also improving. When people eat at restaurants, they are doped with many emotional ingredients and are easily affected by the surrounding dining environment. They demand that the dining environment meet their own catering environment. The new Chinese-style dining room is designed with bamboo culture as its main theme. Bamboo elements are integrated into the traditional Chinese style design and combined with modern processing techniques to create an elegant dining space.
