虚拟设计技术在产品三维造型设计中的应用研究
摘 要：虚拟设计是建立在计算机辅助设计的基础上的创新性设计方法。传统的产品三维造型设计研发模式过程中，由于设计师和制造部门本身各自存在的弱点。一个新产品的批量生产需要两者反复沟通、修改与打样，设计过程冗长，设计制造成本高。文中将虚拟设计技术融入到设计师进行产品三维建模的过程中，增加设计师所设计产品的可行性，缩短设计周期，减少设计成本，最终达到提高产品竞争力与创新能力的作用。

Abstract：Virtual design is an innovative design method based on computer aided design. In the process of traditional product 3d modeling, the designers and the manufacturing department have their own weaknesses. The mass production of a new product requires repeated communication, modification and proofing, the design process is tedious, and the design and manufacturing cost is high. In this paper, virtual design technology is integrated into the process of 3d modeling of products by designers, and the feasibility of designing products is increased, shorten the design cycle, reduce the design cost, and finally achieve the function of improving product competitiveness and innovation ability.
