汽车油泥模型数控加工技术分析

摘 要:随着人们生活水平的提高,汽车已经成为人们的主要代步工具,在此形势下,汽车造型设计成为汽车设计中的重要部分,油泥模型不仅能够体现出汽车车身设计思想和设计方案的具体细节,还便于汽车造型设计方案的修改和评选,在汽车设计中已经得到广泛的应用。本文将对数控加工技术对汽车三维数学模型的要求以及刀具轨迹的生成,探究分析出数控加工技术在汽车油泥模型中的具体应用策略。

Abstract:with the improvement of people's living standard, the car has become the main tool for people. In this situation, the design of automobile modeling has become an important part of the car design. The oil sludge model can not only reflect the details of the car body design idea and design scheme, but also facilitate the repair of the car's design scheme. Revision and selection have been widely applied in vehicle design. In this paper, the requirements of 3D mathematical model of automobile and the generation of tool path are discussed, and the application strategy of NC machining technology in the model of automobile oil sludge is explored and analyzed.
